Terms of Service

Zentriq provides a data transformation platform that allows users to:

• Upload tabular data files (CSV, Excel) for transformation
• Define output structures and transformation rules
• Generate transformed data based on these definitions
• Save transformation templates for future use
• Download transformed data in various formats

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any features, database, or content.

To access certain features of Zentriq, you may need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to disable any user account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

When using Zentriq, you agree not to:

• Upload any data that contains personally identifiable information (PII) of individuals without proper authorization
• Upload any data that contains sensitive information such as health records, financial records, or other protected data without ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Use our services for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our services
• Use our services to process data that you do not have the legal right to process

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Zentriq complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

Zentriq's services are subject to the following limitations:

• File size and processing limits as specified in your subscription plan
• Temporary storage of uploaded and transformed files (24 hours)
• Maximum number of transformations per day/month as specified in your subscription plan
• Availability of specific features based on your subscription tier

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.

Zentriq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Giovanni Carbone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data that you upload to Zentriq. By uploading data to our service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

The transformation templates you create and save on Zentriq belong to you. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated information about transformation patterns to improve our services.

Zentriq offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• All prices are in EUR (Euro) and may also be offered in USD (US Dollar)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, your billing cycle may be adjusted accordingly. Downgrading may result in loss of access to certain features, capacity, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentriq and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any data stored therein
• Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of our services
• Damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in data transformations

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and/or by notifying you via email or through the application. Your continued use of Zentriq after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
